By availing of our free nationwide delivery service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility
Free delivery is available for all medicine purchases with a minimum total order value of ₱1,500 (Philippine Peso) & up within Metro Manila, excluding shipping fees and discounts.

Free delivery is available for all medicine purchases with a minimum total order value of ₱5,000 (Philippine Peso) outside Metro Manila or Provincial Areas, excluding shipping fees and discounts.

2. Coverage Area
This offer is valid subject to delivery availability and courier access.

3. Delivery Timeframe
  o Orders will be processed within 24–48 hours upon confirmation of payment and prescription (if required) except on Saturday and Sunday.
  o Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier partner.
  o Delays caused by unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, lockdowns) are beyond our control.

4. Prescription Requirement
  o For prescription medications, a valid prescription must be uploaded or presented before processing the order.
  o Failure to provide a prescription for such items may lead to order cancellation or delay.

5. Non-Qualifying Orders
  o Orders below ₱ 1,500 do not qualify for free delivery and will be charged standard shipping rates.
  o Promotional discounts that reduce the order below the ₱2,500 threshold will disqualify the order from free shipping.

6. Returns and Cancellations
  o Returns are subject to our standard return policy.
  o If an order is canceled and the final purchase amount falls below ₱ 2,500 the delivery fee may be charged or deducted from the refund amount.

7. Changes to the Promotion
We reserve the right to change, suspend, or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.
