The following replacement and refund policy below is exclusive to Valcare+ Multispecialty & Diagnostic Clinic Drugstore online orders only.

Requests for replacement are only valid if:
• The product’s seal is damaged/broken when delivered.
• The product is expired.
• The product delivered is incorrect or different from the one posted on the site.
Replacement shall not be accepted unless customer strictly complies with the following conditions:
• The item to be replaced is duly supported by a receipt covering the sale of the replaced goods.
• The items were returned for replacement within seven (7) days from receipt of product with complete tags and labels, with no defect or damage, in its original box, unopened and untampered except for goods with visible factory defect or were clearly expired. Refund of order is subject for approval of management.
• Disclaimer: We are not liable for any loss, damage, or delay that may occur during the shipping or logistics process. Once the item has been handed over to the courier, responsibility for its condition and timely delivery rests solely with the shipping provider.
