Do you accept item replacements?
Yes, the following replacement and refund policy below is exclusive to Valcare+ Multispecialty & Diagnostic Clinic Drugstore online orders only.

Requests for replacement are only valid if:
• The product’s seal is damaged/broken when delivered.
• The product is expired.
• The product delivered is incorrect or different from the one posted on the site.
Replacement shall not be accepted unless customer strictly complies with the following conditions:
• The item to be replaced is duly supported by a receipt covering the sale of the replaced goods.
• The items were returned for replacement within seven (7) days from receipt of product with complete tags and labels, with no defect or damage, in its original box, unopened and untampered except for goods with visible factory defect or were clearly expired. Refund of order is subject for approval of management.
• Disclaimer: We are not liable for any loss, damage, or delay that may occur during the shipping or logistics process. Once the item has been handed over to the courier, responsibility for its condition and timely delivery rests solely with the shipping provider.
What are the different payment methods available?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and cashless options such as debit/credit card payment and bank deposit/transfer for orders nationwide. For bank deposits, account information will be sent to you via e-mail after you place your order. We also accept payment via digital wallets (e.g., GCash, Maya).
Do you give Senior Citizen / PWD discount?
Senior Citizen and PWD discounts are now being offered to qualified customers. Documents such as Senior Citizen/PWD ID, booklet and valid prescriptions are required to avail the discount. Please note that the discount only applies to a maximum of a month’s worth of prescription medicines, and also applies only to medicines covered by relevant Philippine laws. The discount will not be automatically applied upon checkout. Final discounted amount will be sent via email or SMS once we have validated your submitted requirements.
Statement for Verification of PWD Number Upon Purchase of Medicines
• To ensure proper implementation of the benefits under Republic Act No. 9442 and other relevant laws, we kindly request the verification of the Person with Disability (PWD) ID number at the time of purchase of medicines.
• All PWDs availing of discounts must present a valid PWD ID. The ID number shall be recorded and verified in accordance with DOH and LGU guidelines to prevent misuse and ensure that only eligible beneficiaries receive the appropriate discount.
• This process is part of our commitment to uphold transparency, protect the rights of PWDs, and maintain the integrity of social welfare programs.
Are prescriptions required?
Yes. To order prescription drugs, you are required to attach a valid prescription containing the following: prescription date, patient’s name, and prescriber’s name. You may directly upload your prescription on the site, and our dedicated pharmacist will validate and contact you if necessary. Files accepted: JPG, JPEG, PDF, PNG; up to 10MB only.
